  Yes,we are sure factory.our factory is located in Zheng Zhou city,China,we have more than 15 years experience in this field.

  Our main products include:WPC door,WPC door skin,PVC door skin,WPC door frame,all about interior door or hotel door.

• 3. How can you guarantee your products quality ? And the warranty time ?

  We have QC department who is responsible for each point quality from raw material to finished products.Our warranty time is 3 years.

• 4. What service can you provide ?

  We have customized service and after-sale service.We can produce according to your requirments.We will give your refund or replacement if there is quality problem about our products.

• 5. Can you make the door according to our drawing ?

  Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.If we can’t make it ,we will inform customer.

• 6. Can you provide door accessories(lock,handle and hinges) ?

  Yes,we have very good partner who produce door accessories.

• 7. Can you send us sample ?

  Yes,mini door samples or mini door samples are free.

• 8. What is your MOQ ?

  Our MOQ about WPC door is one pallet 30 sets.For WPC door skin,our MOQ is 100 Pieces.

• 9. What is your payment terms ?

  1)30%T/T in advance, 70%balance paid before delivery. 2)100% irrevocable LC at sight. 3)EXW price& cash price are also accepable. 4)Other payment terms can be negotiated between both sides.

• 10. Where is your loading port ?

  Our loading port is QingDao or ShangHai.
